天然气通过前置过滤除尘、除水后，在吸附塔内，利用吸附剂在低温下吸水特性而吸附天然气中的水分,再通过后置过滤器除尘,达到净化天然气的目的。当吸附塔一塔吸附剂趋于吸附饱和时，需要脱附(再生)，此时切换另一塔吸附;少量净化后的天然气通过循环风机加压，再经加热进入再生塔，再生塔内的水份由高温气体带出塔体，再经冷却分离除水后进入吸附塔，达到再生无耗气的目的。

The water in the regeneration tower is brought out of the tower body by the high-temperature gas, and then enters the adsorption tower after cooling, separation and water removal, so as to achieve the purpose of regeneration without gas consumption.

为了让分离器的处理效果和寿命更长，采用防腐蚀多面空心球，避免了因含硫等造成腐蚀等现象，从而保证了滤芯在长期工作中性能稳定；同时考虑到滤网使用中容易产生轻微堵塞，所以将传统式的螺旋滤芯改进成空心球形式，这样大大提高了滤芯清洗的方便性。
