沼气脱硫剂使用6个月，必须更换。关闭沼气净化调压器开关，打开沼气净化脱硫塔进出料口，将脱硫剂在出口掏净，关闭出料口，在进料口填装新脱硫塔，填满后封闭进料口。 更换下的脱硫剂还可再使用，方法是：将更换下来的脱硫剂先除去碎沫，再把颗粒型剂放在阴凉、通风、干燥处2-4天，等到脱硫剂的颜色变成褐色，用塑料袋密封起来，不要受潮、曝晒、压碎，等下次更换使用。换下来的脱硫剂多只能再用两次，但再次使用时间只能在3-4个月。
