BIS生物离子液脱硫技术介绍

从开采的天然气的污水中分离得到一株噬硫菌株,为耐高温碱性噬硫菌,我们记作LYJ-001,菌落微小、淡黄色或白黄色,延长培养时间,中心呈现红褐色,细胞呈杆(0.2~0.4μm*1.1~1.3μm),能在含碳酸盐、碳酸氢盐、硫化物、硫代硫酸盐的培养基中生长,以CO2为碳源,以铵盐或硝酸盐为氮源。该生物菌为适宜的培养条件:温度为20-55℃,pH值为7.0~9.0,摇床转速为150r/min,在此条件下进行培养计数,知其时代时间为22h。

A sulfur phage strain was isolated from the wastewater of natural gas extraction, which is a high-temperature resistant alkaline sulfur phage strain. We refer to it as LYJ-001. The colony is small, light yellow or white yellow, and the culture time is extended. The center appears reddish brown, and the cells are rod-shaped (0.2-0.4) μ M * 1.1~1.3 μ m) It can grow in media containing carbonates, bicarbonates, sulfides, and thiosulfates, using CO2 as the carbon source and ammonium or nitrate as the nitrogen source. The suitable cultivation conditions for this biological bacterium are: temperature of 20-55 ℃, pH value of 7.0-9.0, shaking table speed of 150r/min. Under these conditions, the culture count is carried out, and the age time is determined to be 22 hours.

按湿法脱硫液的配制方法配置脱硫液,并人为的加入硫代硫酸钠和硫化铁,同时调节该细菌浓度为58mg/mL以后,进行再生研究,经过10h,脱硫液有害成分硫代硫酸钠和硫化铁的含量分别减少了18.75g/L(减少率17.21%)和1.2g/L(减少率85.45%),并产生单质硫。该研究为绿源环保生物离子液脱硫的再生提供了很好的技术支持。

This study provides excellent technical support for the regeneration of green source environmentally friendly bio ionic liquid desulfurization.
