沼气提纯——从“废气”到“生物天然气”的华丽转身

如果说沼气脱硫是净化的基础,那么沼气提纯则是价值的升华。沼气的主要成分是甲烷(CH?,约占50%-70%)和二氧化碳(CO?,约占30%-40%)。直接沼气虽然能利用其热能,但能量密度低,运输困难。通过提纯技术,脱除CO?、H?S、水分等杂质,将甲烷浓度提升至95%以上,沼气就能摇身一变成为“生物天然气”(Bio-CNG),其品质与化石天然气无异,可注入天然气管网或作为车用燃料。

变压吸附法(PSA)是利用吸附剂(如活性炭、碳分子筛)在不同压力下对CO?和CH?吸附能力的差异进行分离。在高压下吸附CO?,低压下解吸再生。PSA技术成熟,适应性强,是国内应用最广泛的工艺之一,但甲烷的回收率相对较低,且需要频繁切换阀门。

Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) is a method of separating CO? And CH? Using adsorbents such as activated carbon and carbon molecular sieves at different pressures. Adsorb CO under high pressure, desorb and regenerate under low pressure. PSA technology is mature and adaptable, and is one of the most widely used processes in China. However, the recovery rate of methane is relatively low and requires frequent valve switching.

膜分离法则是利用不同气体分子在膜材料中渗透速率的差异。CO?、H?S和水蒸气是“快气”,能透过膜;CH?是“慢气”,被截留。膜分离法设备紧凑、操作简单、无相变,特别适合中小规模的分布式提纯项目。

The membrane separation method utilizes the difference in permeation rate of different gas molecules in membrane materials. CO?、H? S and water vapor are "fast gases" that can pass through membranes; CH? It is a "slow air" that is intercepted. Membrane separation equipment is compact, easy to operate, and phase free, making it particularly suitable for small and medium-sized distributed purification projects.

化学吸收法(如胺洗)则是利用胺液与CO?发生可逆化学反应来脱除二氧化碳。这种方法净化度,甲烷回收率可达99%以上,适合大规模提纯,但能耗较高,且存在胺液降解和发泡的问题。

Chemical absorption method (such as amine washing) utilizes reversible chemical reaction between amine solution and CO? To remove carbon dioxide. This method has extremely high purification efficiency, with a methane recovery rate of over 99%, making it suitable for large-scale purification. However, it consumes a lot of energy and has problems with amine degradation and foaming.
