各种脱硫脱硝工艺优缺点比较?

1.活性焦一体化脱硫脱硝工艺

1. activated coke integrated desulfurization and Denitration Process
1.该工艺脱硫效率高,同时具有除尘效果,由于不加入其他辅助原料,因此无其他废水、废渣的产生,不造成二次污染。

2.由于活性焦良好的吸附性能,可协同处置氟化物、二噁英等其他污染物。利用活性焦的过滤集尘功能和吸附性能,使烟气中附着于烟尘上的二噁英、氟化物以及其他污染物质在吸附塔内被活性焦的过滤集尘功能捕集,而气态的二噁英等污染物被吸附。由于活性焦在解吸过程中需要被加热到 400 ℃以上,二噁英在苯环间的氧基在活性焦催化作用下被裂解,使得烟气中的二噁英被去除。
