大型沼气工程如何进行运行管理

关于大型沼气工程的启动调试应在工程竣工验收合格后进行，同时还应做好下列的运行管理的基本要求：

The start-up and commissioning of large biogas projects shall be carried out after the completion acceptance of the project, and the following basic requirements for operation management shall also be met:

1、运行管理人员熟悉大型沼气工程工艺、设施设备的运行要求和技术指标；

1. The operation management personnel are familiar with the operation requirements and technical indicators of large-scale biogas engineering processes, facilities and equipment;

2、操作人员熟悉该位置设施设备的操作要求和技术指标，并了解沼气工程工艺流程；

3、操作人员应准时准确填写操作记录，运营管理人员应定期检查原始记录；

大型沼气工程管理要点：

1、投料量和周期应按工艺设计参数进行，并在实践中摸索出参数；

2、维持相对稳定的厌氧消化温度；

2. Maintain relatively stable anaerobic digestion temperature;

3、厌氧消化器的搅拌根据工艺要求进行。采用沼气搅拌的，在启动期间或产气量不足时，应辅以机械或泵等其它方式搅拌；

3. The anaerobic digester shall be stirred according to the process requirements. If biogas is used for mixing, it shall be mixed by machinery or pump or other means during startup or when the gas production is insufficient;

4、厌氧消化器的搅拌不得与排泥同时进行；

4. The mixing of anaerobic digester shall not be carried out simultaneously with sludge discharge;

5、宜每日监测：pH值、挥发酸、总碱度、温度、气压、产气量和沼气成分等指标，掌握厌氧消化池运行工况，并根据监测数据及时调整大型沼气工程运行方案或采取相应措施。

5. It is advisable to monitor indicators such as pH value, volatile acid, total alkalinity, temperature, air pressure, gas production and biogas composition every day, master the operating conditions of anaerobic digester, and timely adjust the operation scheme of large biogas projects or take corresponding measures according to the monitoring data.
