生物脱硫器在中小型沼气工程使用

1、核心装置脱硫反应塔是将沼气中气相的H2S通过循环水中的氢氧根离子溶解到循环水中,形成液相硫化物,处理后的沼气中不含空气,对沼气的后处理如沼气提纯提供了有力的条件。也保证了生物脱硫系统及整个后续沼气处理的。脱硫反应塔由玻璃钢材料制造,根据每个项目的不同分别量身设计,以保证佳的处理效果和经济的投资成本。

1. The desulfurization reaction tower of the core device dissolves the H2S in the gas phase of biogas into the circulating water through the hydroxide ions in the circulating water to form a liquid phase sulfide. The treated biogas does not contain air, providing powerful conditions for the aftertreatment of biogas such as biogas purification. It also ensures the safety of the biological desulfurization system and the entire subsequent biogas treatment. The desulfurization reaction tower is made of fiberglass reinforced plastic material and is designed according to the different requirements of each project to ensure the best treatment effect and the most economical investment cost.
2、生物再生池内有空气曝气系统、加热系统、加药系统、补水系统,提供循环水中微生物需要的溶解氧、生长温度、适应的PH值及营养,通过脱硫微生物的作用,将再生池内循环水中的硫化物在生物作用下转化为单质硫和氢氧根离子,单质硫从循环水体内析出,氢氧根离子又回到循环水中重复利用。

3、沉淀池的作用是将单质硫从循环水中分离出来,单质硫有较好的沉淀性能,因此,沉淀池尺寸较小,由于沉淀污泥有大量的脱硫菌,因此,沉淀污泥部分回到再生池内,保证再生池内脱硫菌的数量。
3. The function of the sedimentation tank is to separate elemental sulfur from the circulating water. The elemental sulfur has good sedimentation performance. Therefore, the sedimentation tank is small in size. Due to the large amount of desulfurization bacteria in the sedimentation sludge, some of the sedimentation sludge returns to the regeneration tank to ensure the number of desulfurization bacteria in the regeneration tank.
4、营养液循环和营养液投加系统

微生物生长在循环水体内,循环水将脱硫反应塔、再生池、沉淀池、循环水泵等连起来。喷淋系统可以让沼气和循环水充分接触,以促进硫化氢从气相到液相的转化,被微生物快速分解。微生物生长需要一定的营养元素,一般采用营养液投加形式。营养液加到循环水管路,加药量由计量泵进行精确控制。由于硫化物经脱硫菌转化为单质硫和还原OH根离子,其中有2%的硫化物转化为硫酸根,导致循环水的PH值逐渐下降,因此,需要不断投加碱中和硫酸根离子,投加形式同营养投加形式
Microorganisms grow in a circulating water body that connects the desulfurization reaction tower, regeneration tank, sedimentation tank, and circulating water pump. The spray system can fully contact biogas and circulating water to promote the conversion of hydrogen sulfide from the gas phase to the liquid phase and rapid decomposition by microorganisms. Microbial growth requires a certain amount of nutrients, usually in the form of nutrient solution dosing. The nutrient solution is added to the circulating water pipeline, and the dosage is accurately controlled by a metering pump. Due to the fact that sulfides are converted into elemental sulfur and reduced OH ions by desulfurization bacteria, 2% of which are converted to sulfate, resulting in a gradual decline in the pH value of circulating water. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously add alkali neutralizing sulfate ions in the same form as nutrition dosing

这两步对沼气脱硫系统都非常重要。步,H2S得到去除,同时消耗OH-,第二步,在再生池内通过脱硫菌的作用,将硫化物生成单质硫,OH -重新生成。单质硫经沉淀池沉淀从底部排出硫污泥,沉淀池的上清液回到循环水系统中,相比酸式生物脱硫会节约大量用水。
These two steps are very important for biogas desulfurization systems. In the first step, H2S is removed while consuming OH -. In the second step, the sulfide is generated into elemental sulfur through the action of desulfurization bacteria in the regeneration tank, and OH - is regenerated. The elemental sulfur is precipitated in a sedimentation tank and discharged from the bottom of the sulfur sludge. The supernatant from the sedimentation tank is returned to the circulating water system, which saves a lot of water compared to acid biological desulfurization.
