Advantages of biological desulfurization
The biological desulfurization process has the advantages of desulfurization efficiency, low treatment cost, stable operation, degree of automation, and less secondary pollution. The removal rate of biological desulfurization can reach over 99%, which is incomparable to general dual alkali wet desulfurization. Moreover, due to its biological metabolism function in treating desulfurization, it does not require the use of large amounts of chemicals like wet desulfurization, so the cost of desulfurization is one-third to one-fifth of the cost of general wet desulfurization.

单元 --脱硫洗涤 ：碱性的生物洗涤液从洗涤塔顶部喷出，与从洗涤塔底部进入的含硫化合物（主要H2S）气源逆流接触，由于再生生物洗涤液中含有连多硫酸盐类具有脱硫催化作用的物质，所以可以效吸收H2S，并且脱除得非常干净。在集成脱硫工艺中，洗涤塔变成洗涤模块，可以任意叠加而达到需要的量和处理精度。
Unit - Desulfurization washing: Alkaline biological washing solution is sprayed out from the top of the washing tower and comes into countercurrent contact with the sulfur-containing compound (mainly H2S) gas source entering from the bottom of the washing tower. Due to the presence of substances with desulfurization catalytic effects such as polysulfates in the regenerated biological washing solution, H2S can be effectively absorbed and removed very cleanly. In the integrated desulfurization process, the washing tower becomes a washing module, which can be stacked arbitrarily to achieve the required amount and processing accuracy.
Unit 2- Biological Regeneration Reactor: Rich solution containing sulfides flows from the bottom of the washing tower into the biological regeneration reactor. Through the treatment of desulfurization microorganisms, the regeneration of the biological washing solution is completed and the alkalinity is restored. Pump it back into the unit washing section and reuse it.
Unit 3- Separation of elemental sulfur: elemental sulfur is separated from the elemental sulfur separation tank by particle precipitation in the biological desulfurization system, and the separated clear liquid is refluxed to the biological regeneration reactor.
2. Description of process equipment used
(1) Washing tower
Due to the characteristics of biological alkaline detergent, the material of the washing tower is FRP (fiberglass), and the number of washing towers is: 1 unit; Material: FRP, filled with internal fillers, spray and defoaming devices, etc.
(2) Regenerative reactor
After absorbing hydrogen sulfide in the washing tower, the washing solution is transformed into elemental sulfur in the biological regeneration reactor by controlling the oxidation process.
(3) Plate heat exchanger
Due to climate change and the release of biological metabolic energy, the temperature inside the bioreactor may exceed the temperature that the bacteria can withstand. Plate heat exchangers are required for cooling, and circulating water can be used for cooling.
The function of the precipitator is to separate sulfur elements, which is beneficial for the sulfur balance of the washing solution. The sulfur sludge will be directly discharged from the sulfur sludge pump to the aerobic tank or wastewater tank.
(5) Washing pump
