1、此沼气火炬结构是半内燃式，防风。故障熄火，火炬处于欠压保护状态。达到燃烧条件时，沼气火炬又自动运行点燃了。
1. This biogas torch structure is semi internal combustion type, windproof. Fault shutdown, the torch is in under voltage protection state. When the combustion conditions are reached, the biogas torch automatically runs and ignites again.
2、火炬压力自动检测：火焰控制系统在供气管路上安装有三个压力检测器，分别按现场供气压力情况设定低压、中压和高压三个参数。
2. Torch pressure automatic detection: The flame control system is equipped with three pressure detectors on the gas supply pipeline, which set low pressure, medium pressure, and high pressure parameters according to the on-site gas supply pressure situation.
1）当供气系统中压力达到中压时，火炬自动开机，实现自动点火、启动火炬燃烧。
1) When the pressure in the gas supply system reaches medium pressure, the torch automatically turns on, achieving automatic ignition and starting torch combustion.
2）当供气系统中压力下降至低压值时，火炬自动停机。
2) When the pressure in the gas supply system drops to a low pressure value, the torch automatically shuts down.
3）当供气系统中压力继续升高达到高压时，火炬的二级火自动开启。
3) When the pressure in the gas supply system continues to rise and reaches high pressure, the secondary flame of the torch will automatically start.
3、火炬在燃烧头内部安装有火焰检测电极，当火炬熄火时，检测电极发出信号，信号被测控系统的微电脑控制器接收，经多次确认熄火信号正确后，微电脑控制系统发出指令，火炬燃烧系统自动停机，并同时发出报警信号。
3. The torch is equipped with a flame detection electrode inside the combustion head. When the torch is turned off, the detection electrode sends a signal, which is received by the microcomputer controller of the measurement and control system. After multiple confirmations that the extinguishing signal is correct, the microcomputer control system issues a command, and the torch combustion system automatically stops and sends an alarm signal at the same time.
4、此沼气火炬不仅可以手动开机、停机，还实现了自动开机、停机。

火炬安装结束后应进行火炬试车
After the installation of the torch is completed, a torch test should be conducted
1．检查火炬供电系统接线是否良好。
1. Check if the wiring of the torch power supply system is in good condition.
2．检查火炬鼓风机旋向是否正确。
2. Check if the rotation direction of the torch blower is correct.
3．检查沼气供气系统是否密封,有无泄露。
3. Check if the biogas supply system is sealed and if there are any leaks.
4．检查火炬供气电磁阀组运行是否正常。
4. Check if the torch gas supply solenoid valve group is operating normally.
