它是以循环流化床技术原理为基础的先进烟气半干法脱硫工艺。该工艺以干泰消石灰粉Ca(OH)2为吸收剂,在烟气中喷洒工艺雾水,增湿和活化烟气中的酸性物质,通过干粉吸收剂多次再循环,在吸收塔中与烟雾污染物发生强烈接触时发生化学反应,延长吸收剂和烟气的接触时间,达到脱硫的目的。通过化学反应可以有效去除烟雾中的SO2、SO3、HF、HCl,脱硫产物是自由流动的干粉混合物,没有二次污染,可以更综合地利用。
It is an advanced semi dry flue gas desulfurization process based on the principle of circulating fluidized bed technology. This process uses dry hydrated lime powder Ca (OH) 2 as the absorbent, sprays process mist water in the flue gas, humidifies and activates acidic substances in the flue gas. Through multiple cycles of dry powder absorbent, chemical reactions occur when it comes into strong contact with smoke pollutants in the absorption tower, prolonging the contact time between the absorbent and the flue gas, and achieving the purpose of desulfurization. Chemical reactions can effectively remove SO2, SO3, HF, and HCl from smoke. The desulfurization product is a free flowing dry powder mixture without secondary pollution, which can be more comprehensively utilized.

生物脱硫工艺系统主要由烟气系统、吸收塔系统、吸收剂制备系统、除尘系统、返回材料、排放系统、公用系统(工艺水、压缩空气等)、电气控制系统等组成。

燃煤发电锅炉、热电联产锅炉、集中供热锅炉、垃圾焚烧锅炉、烧结机、九段窑、焦化炉、玻璃窑等烟气脱硫。友情提示:该工艺适合煤的硫量在2%以下的工作条件,脱硫效率可以达到90%以上,对于煤的硫量在2%以上的工作条件,要增设炉内脱硫系统。
