This is also the key to desulfurization treatment in order for biogas to play a role.
而且有个重点我必须跟大家说清楚,同样是粪便产沼气,硫化氢的含量差别可不小,其中最厉害的就是牛粪产的沼气。根据我们之前用专业仪表实测的数据,牛粪所产生的沼气,硫化氢含量最少都在12000到15000ppm,这个数值真的非常高,腐蚀性也极强。哪怕是猪粪、鸡粪产的沼气,硫化氢含量比牛粪的低一些,但也完全达不到直接利用的标准,一样会腐蚀设备、留下安全隐患,半点不能马虎。
And there is a key point that I must make clear to everyone, which is that the content of hydrogen sulfide varies greatly when producing biogas from manure, and the most powerful one is biogas produced from cow manure. According to the data we previously measured with professional instruments, the methane produced from cow manure has a minimum hydrogen sulfide content of 12000 to 15000ppm, which is really high and highly corrosive. Even the biogas produced from pig manure and chicken manure has a lower hydrogen sulfide content than cow manure, but it does not meet the standard for direct utilization. It can still corrode equipment and leave safety hazards, and cannot be taken lightly.
可能有朋友觉得,不就是一点硫化氢吗,能有多大影响?其实真不是小事,咱们后续要靠沼气发电,发电机组的管道、阀门、气缸这些核心部件,都是金属材质,长期接触含硫化氢的沼气,这些部件会慢慢被腐蚀、损坏,轻则影响发电效率,发电量上不去,重则直接导致发电机组报废,到时候损失就太大了,得不偿失。

首先大家看这个,这是我们的一级脱水塔。沼气从发酵池(原文中“飞模式”应为口误,结合现场场景修正)过来之后,第一步要进入的就是这里,先进行一级脱水处理。大家都知道,沼气里面除了硫化氢,还夹杂着很多水分,这些水分如果不先去掉,不仅会影响后续的脱硫效果,还会和硫化氢一起,加剧对设备的腐蚀,所以第一步先脱水,把沼气里的大部分水分分离出来,为后续的脱硫工作做好准备。
First of all, let's take a look at this. This is our first stage dehydration tower. After the biogas comes from the fermentation tank (the "flying mode" in the original text should be a slip of the tongue, corrected based on the on-site scene), the first step is to enter here and undergo a first level dehydration treatment. As we all know, besides hydrogen sulfide, biogas also contains a lot of water. If this water is not removed first, it will not only affect the subsequent desulfurization effect, but also, together with hydrogen sulfide, aggravate the corrosion of equipment. Therefore, the first step is to dehydrate and separate most of the water in the biogas, preparing for the subsequent desulfurization work.
脱水完成之后,就到了最核心的环节——脱硫,咱们采用的是三级脱硫工艺,不是简单的一次脱硫,就是为了彻底去除沼气中的硫化氢,确保处理后的沼气达标,最大限度保护发电机组。可能有朋友会问,为什么要做三级脱硫?因为不管是牛粪沼气的高硫化氢,还是猪粪、鸡粪沼气的硫化氢,一次脱硫都很难彻底去除干净,残留的少量硫化氢依然会腐蚀设备,三级脱硫就是层层过滤、层层去除,确保最终排出的沼气,硫化氢含量降到安全标准以内。
After dehydration is completed, the most crucial step is desulfurization. We use a three-stage desulfurization process, which is not a simple one-time desulfurization, but to completely remove hydrogen sulfide from the biogas, ensure that the treated biogas meets the standards, and maximize the protection of the generator set. Some friends may ask, why do we need to do tertiary desulfurization? Because whether it is the high hydrogen sulfide in cow manure biogas or the hydrogen sulfide in pig manure and chicken manure biogas, it is difficult to completely remove it with one desulfurization, and the residual small amount of hydrogen sulfide will still corrode the equipment. The three-stage desulfurization is to filter and remove layer by layer to ensure that the hydrogen sulfide content in the final discharged biogas is reduced to within the safety standard.
脱完硫之后,沼气还需要经过加压处理。这一步我们用到的是罗茨风机(原文中“螺丝风机”为口误,结合行业常规修正),通过罗茨风机对脱硫、脱水后的沼气进行加压,让沼气的压力达到发电机组运行所需要的标准。大家都知道,发电机组发电,对沼气的压力有明确要求,压力不够,就没法正常发电,所以加压这一步也至关重要,半点不能省略。
After desulfurization, biogas still needs to undergo pressure treatment. In this step, we use a Roots blower (the word "screw blower" in the original text is a mistake, corrected according to industry norms) to pressurize the desulfurized and dehydrated biogas, so that the pressure of the biogas reaches the standard required for the operation of the generator set. As we all know, when a generator set generates electricity, there are clear requirements for the pressure of biogas. If the pressure is not enough, it cannot generate electricity normally. Therefore, the step of increasing pressure is also crucial and cannot be omitted at all.
加压完成之后,处理合格的沼气,会被输送到旁边的缓冲罐里面进行储存。缓冲罐的作用很简单,就是稳定沼气的压力,避免压力波动影响发电机组的正常运行,保证供气稳定。当缓冲罐里面的沼气压力,达到发电机组所需要的固定压力值时,缓冲罐就会自动输送沼气,供给我们的发电机组进行发电,整个流程连贯又高效,不用专人全程看管,特别省心。
After the pressurization is completed, the qualified biogas will be transported to the nearby buffer tank for storage. The function of a buffer tank is simple, which is to stabilize the pressure of biogas, avoid pressure fluctuations affecting the normal operation of the generator set, and ensure stable gas supply. When the pressure of biogas in the buffer tank reaches the fixed pressure value required by the generator set, the buffer tank will automatically transport biogas to supply our generator set for power generation. The entire process is coherent and efficient, without the need for a dedicated person to supervise the entire process, which is particularly worry free.
我再跟大家强调一遍,沼气利用,脱硫先行,不管是哪种粪便产的沼气,都不能省略脱硫步骤。很多朋友图省事、省成本,直接用未脱硫的沼气发电,短期看好像节省了一点钱,但长期下来,设备频繁被腐蚀、出故障,维修成本、更换设备的成本,比脱硫设备的成本高太多,反而亏了。
