中小型沼气工程该怎样选天然气提纯设备?

随着畜禽养殖、污水处理、餐厨垃圾处理等行业绿色转型加速,中小型沼气工程数量持续增长。将沼气提纯制取生物天然气,是实现废弃物资源化、提升项目收益的核心方式。但中小型沼气工程普遍存在产气规模小、气量不稳定、场地受限、预算有限、运维人员不足等特点,照搬大型沼气提纯设备极易出现能耗高、回本慢、设备闲置、提纯不达标等问题。因此,科学挑选适配的天然气提纯设备,是中小型沼气工程稳定投产、盈利运营的关键。

With the acceleration of green transformation in industries such as livestock and poultry breeding, sewage treatment, and kitchen waste disposal, the number of small and medium-sized biogas projects continues to grow. Purifying biogas to produce bio natural gas is the core way to achieve waste resource utilization and increase project revenue. However, small and medium-sized biogas projects generally have the characteristics of small gas production scale, unstable gas volume, limited site, limited budget, and insufficient operation and maintenance personnel. Copying large-scale biogas purification equipment is prone to problems such as high energy consumption, slow cost recovery, idle equipment, and substandard purification. Therefore, scientifically selecting suitable natural gas purification equipment is the key to stable and profitable operation of small and medium-sized biogas projects.

中小型沼气工程选型首要原则是适配小规模波动产气工况。大型提纯设备适配稳定、大流量产气场景,而中小型沼气受原料投放、温度环境影响,气量昼夜波动大、产气间歇性强。选型时应优先选择可调负荷、启停灵活的模块化提纯设备,拒绝大设备小用的冗余配置。这类设备可根据实时产气流量自动调节运行状态,低气量时段低负荷运行,避免设备空转耗能,完美适配中小型工程产气不稳定的痛点,有效降低无效能耗。

The primary principle for selecting small and medium-sized biogas projects is to adapt to small-scale fluctuating gas production conditions. Large scale purification equipment is suitable for stable and high flow gas production scenarios, while small and medium-sized biogas is affected by raw material input and temperature environment, resulting in large fluctuations in gas volume day and night and strong intermittency in gas production. When selecting, priority should be given to modular purification equipment with adjustable load and flexible start stop, and redundant configurations with small equipment should be rejected. This type of equipment can automatically adjust its operating status based on real-time gas production flow rate, operate at low load during low gas flow periods, avoid equipment idling and energy consumption, perfectly adapt to the pain points of unstable gas production in small and medium-sized projects, and effectively reduce ineffective energy consumption.

其次,优先选择轻量化、集成化设备,适配场地与运维短板。多数中小型沼气工程厂区空间狭小,无法搭建复杂基建配套,且缺乏专业运维人员。传统大型提纯设备结构复杂、占地大、运维繁琐,而集成式沼气提纯设备将预处理、脱硫、脱水、提纯单元一体化整合,占地面积小、安装快捷、调试简单。设备自动化程度高,搭载智能控制系统,可自动监控沼气浓度、压力、纯度,无需专人值守,大幅降低人工运维成本,适配中小型项目轻量化运营需求。

Secondly, prioritize the selection of lightweight and integrated equipment to adapt to the site and operational shortcomings. Most small and medium-sized biogas engineering plants have limited space, making it difficult to build complex infrastructure and lacking professional operation and maintenance personnel. Traditional large-scale purification equipment has complex structures, large land occupation, and complicated operation and maintenance, while integrated biogas purification equipment integrates pre-treatment, desulfurization, dehydration, and purification units, with small land occupation, fast installation, and simple debugging. The equipment has a high degree of automation and is equipped with an intelligent control system that can automatically monitor the concentration, pressure, and purity of biogas without the need for dedicated personnel, greatly reducing manual operation and maintenance costs and adapting to the lightweight operation needs of small and medium-sized projects.

性价比与回本周期是中小型工程选型的核心考量。中小型项目资金预算有限,无法承担高额设备投入和后期高昂耗材成本。市面上部分提纯设备虽采购价低,但耗材更换频繁、能耗极高,长期运营成本居高不下。建议优先选用膜分离式提纯设备,相较于胺法、变压吸附工艺,其结构简单、无频繁耗材、能耗更低,且提纯纯度稳定,设备使用寿命长,能有效缩短投资回本周期,兼顾前期投入与后期运营成本。

Cost performance and payback period are the core considerations for selecting small and medium-sized projects. Small and medium-sized projects have limited budget and cannot afford high equipment investment and high consumables costs in the later stage. Although some purification equipment on the market has low purchase prices, consumables are frequently replaced, energy consumption is extremely high, and long-term operating costs remain high. It is recommended to prioritize the use of membrane separation purification equipment. Compared with amine method and pressure swing adsorption process, it has a simple structure, no frequent consumables, lower energy consumption, stable purification purity, long equipment service life, can effectively shorten the investment payback period, and balance the initial investment and later operation costs.

同时,设备需贴合生物质沼气的复杂气源特性。中小型沼气杂质成分复杂,含有硫化氢、水汽、粉尘等杂质,易造成设备堵塞、腐蚀。选型时必须确认设备具备完善的预处理净化系统,可高效去除各类杂质,保护核心提纯组件,保障设备长期稳定运行,确保产出天然气达标并网、自用或外运销售。

At the same time, the equipment needs to be adapted to the complex gas source characteristics of biomass biogas. Small and medium-sized biogas contains complex impurities such as hydrogen sulfide, water vapor, and dust, which can easily cause equipment blockage and corrosion. When selecting, it is necessary to confirm that the equipment has a complete pre-treatment and purification system, which can efficiently remove various impurities, protect the core purification components, ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment, and ensure that the output of natural gas meets the standards for grid connection, self use, or external transportation and sales.
