氦气提纯设备适配多类生产工况

钢厂尾气成分复杂,除氮气、氧气、一氧化碳、氢气等大宗气体外,氦气含量大多处在 0.3%~3% 区间,杂质气体种类多、粉尘水汽含量高,常规气体分离装置很难实现有效提取。传统生产模式下,企业常年外购瓶装、槽车氦气用于钢材焊接、淬火、检漏工序,耗材成本占据车间生产开支大头。通过配套专业化氦气提纯设备,从废弃尾气中富集提纯高纯氦气,提纯后的产品可就地回供厂区生产车间,剩余副产气体还能回收用作燃料,真正实现钢厂尾气变废为宝。

The composition of tail gas from steel mills is complex. Except for bulk gases such as nitrogen, oxygen, carbon monoxide, and hydrogen, the helium content is mostly in the range of 0.3% to 3%. There are many types of impurity gases and high dust and water vapor content, making it difficult for conventional gas separation devices to achieve effective extraction. Under the traditional production mode, enterprises often purchase bottled and tanker helium gas for steel welding, quenching, and leak detection processes, and the cost of consumables accounts for the majority of workshop production expenses. By using specialized helium purification equipment, high-purity helium gas is enriched and purified from waste exhaust gas. The purified product can be returned to the production workshop in the factory area on site, and the remaining by-product gas can also be recycled as fuel, truly realizing the transformation of steel plant exhaust gas into treasure.

从资源化工艺流程来看,钢厂尾气首先经过前置预处理工段,除尘过滤器脱除冶炼粉尘、冷凝装置去除尾气中的水蒸气与微量油污,规避固体杂质堵塞提纯膜组件或吸附分子筛。预处理达标后的混合气体送入氦气提纯主机,依托变压吸附、膜分离、低温精馏三种主流提纯工艺按需分离杂质,根据原料气氦气浓度灵活搭配工艺组合,最终产出 99.99% 及以上高纯氦气,直接接入厂区输气管道循环使用。多余提纯氦气还可以灌装外销,拓展企业额外营收渠道,最大化挖掘尾气经济价值。

From the perspective of resource utilization process flow, the tail gas of steel mills first goes through the pre-treatment section, where dust removal filters remove smelting dust and condensation devices remove water vapor and trace oil stains from the tail gas, avoiding solid impurities blocking the purification membrane components or adsorption molecular sieves. The pre treated mixed gas that meets the standards is sent to the helium purification host, where impurities are separated as needed using three mainstream purification processes: pressure swing adsorption, membrane separation, and low-temperature distillation. The process combinations are flexibly matched according to the helium concentration of the feed gas, resulting in high-purity helium gas of 99.99% or higher, which is directly connected to the plant's gas pipeline for recycling. Excess purified helium can also be filled for export, expanding the company's additional revenue channels and maximizing the economic value of exhaust gas.

氦气提纯设备可适配多种钢厂实际工况,首先是大型长流程综合钢厂,这类企业高炉、电炉产能大,尾气排放量稳定连续,适合配置大中型集成式提纯机组,24 小时不间断在线回收尾气氦气,匹配全厂多条生产线用气需求。其次是中小型特种钢锻造厂,冶炼频次不固定、尾气间歇性排放,可选模块化小型氦气提纯设备,启停灵活,随尾气产生节奏间歇运行,避免设备空载能耗浪费。

The helium purification equipment can be adapted to various actual working conditions of steel plants. Firstly, large-scale long process comprehensive steel plants have large blast furnace and electric furnace production capacity, stable and continuous tail gas emissions, and are suitable for configuring large and medium-sized integrated purification units to continuously recover tail gas helium 24 hours a day, matching the gas needs of multiple production lines in the entire plant. Secondly, there are small and medium-sized special steel forging plants with variable smelting frequency and intermittent exhaust emissions. Modular small helium purification equipment can be selected, which is flexible in start and stop and operates intermittently according to the rhythm of exhaust gas to avoid energy waste caused by equipment no-load.

针对地处高寒、高温潮湿不同地域的钢厂,设备可定制防爆、防腐机型,适应冶炼车间高温、多腐蚀性烟气的恶劣环境;部分配套余热发电的钢厂,尾气带有余温,设备还能利用尾气余热辅助预处理工序,进一步缩减运行电耗。此外,部分钢厂尾气中伴随微量烃类、酸性气体,定制化提纯设备可增设前置脱碳、脱硫单元,解决复杂气源提纯难题。

For steel mills located in cold, high temperature, and humid areas, equipment can be customized with explosion-proof and anti-corrosion models to adapt to the harsh environment of high temperature and corrosive flue gas in the smelting workshop; Some steel plants that are equipped with waste heat power generation have exhaust gas with residual temperature, and the equipment can also use the waste heat from the exhaust gas to assist in the pre-treatment process, further reducing operating electricity consumption. In addition, trace amounts of hydrocarbons and acidic gases are present in the exhaust gas of some steel mills. Customized purification equipment can be equipped with pre decarbonization and desulfurization units to solve the problem of complex gas source purification.
