沼气脱硫:保障能源安全与设备寿命的关键防线

沼气在厌氧发酵过程中会产生大量硫化氢(H?S),这种气体不仅具有强烈的腐蚀性和毒性,后生成的二氧化硫还会严重污染大气。我国环保标准严格规定,沼气利用前H?S含量不得超过20mg/m?。因此,沼气脱硫是保障后续用气设备安全、延长使用寿命的必经工序。

Biogas produces a large amount of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) during anaerobic fermentation, which not only has strong corrosiveness and toxicity, but also seriously pollutes the atmosphere with sulfur dioxide generated after combustion. China's environmental standards strictly stipulate that the H2S content before biogas utilization shall not exceed 20mg/m?. Therefore, biogas desulfurization is a necessary process to ensure the safety of subsequent gas equipment and extend its service life.

目前,业内常用的沼气脱硫方法主要分为干法、湿法和生物法三种。干法脱硫以氧化铁或活性炭为填料,沼气穿过填料层时H?S被氧化成单质硫并附着其上,该方法设备简单、成本低,适合沼气量较小、H?S浓度较低的场景,通常作为精脱硫手段。湿法脱硫则采用碱性溶液(如碳酸钠或氢氧化钠)作为吸收剂,通过喷淋洗涤与H?S发生化学反应,其脱硫效率,可达99.5%以上,适用于大型工程中的粗脱硫环节。

At present, the commonly used methods for biogas desulfurization in the industry are mainly divided into three types: dry method, wet method, and biological method. Dry desulfurization uses iron oxide or activated carbon as fillers. When biogas passes through the filler layer, H2S is oxidized into elemental sulfur and adheres to it. This method has simple equipment, low cost, and is suitable for scenarios with small biogas volume and low H2S concentration. It is usually used as a means of fine desulfurization. Wet desulfurization uses alkaline solutions (such as sodium carbonate or sodium hydroxide) as absorbents, which react chemically with H2S through spray washing. Its desulfurization efficiency is extremely high, reaching over 99.5%, and it is suitable for the coarse desulfurization process in large-scale engineering.

在实际工程应用中,为了达到最佳的净化效果,通常采用多级组合工艺。例如,先利用生物法或湿法进行初步脱硫,再串联干法脱硫塔进行精脱硫。此外,脱硫工艺的设计严格遵循安全规范:脱硫装置前后需设置阀门与检测口,沼气进入脱硫塔前需经过冷凝水罐或颗粒过滤器以控制湿度和杂质。针对高浓度H?S,还需配备自动监控系统,确保脱硫过程的安全稳定运行。

In practical engineering applications, in order to achieve the best purification effect, a multi-stage combination process is usually used. For example, first use biological or wet methods for preliminary desulfurization, and then connect dry desulfurization towers in series for fine desulfurization. In addition, the design of desulfurization process must strictly follow safety regulations: valves and detection ports should be set up before and after the desulfurization device, and biogas should pass through a condensate tank or particle filter before entering the desulfurization tower to control humidity and impurities. For high concentrations of H2S, an automatic monitoring system is also required to ensure the safe and stable operation of the desulfurization process.
