沼气是一种宝贵的可再生能源,但其中携带的硫化氢(H?S)却像一头“臭老虎”——腐蚀管道、损坏设备、污染环境、危害健康。我国环保标准严格规定,利用沼气能源时,沼气中H?S含量不得超过20mg/m?。为了驯服这头“臭老虎”,工程师们开发了三套“降硫伏虎”的绝招:干法、湿法和生物法。
Biogas is a valuable renewable energy source, but the hydrogen sulfide (H2S) carried in it is like a "stinky tiger" - corroding pipelines, damaging equipment, polluting the environment, and endangering health. China's environmental standards strictly stipulate that when using biogas energy, the H-S content in biogas shall not exceed 20mg/m?. In order to tame this "stinky tiger", engineers have developed three sets of "sulfur reduction and tiger suppression" techniques: dry method, wet method, and biological method.


第一招:干法脱硫——简单粗暴的“物理拦截” 。干法脱硫通过固体脱硫剂将气态硫化物转化为固态硫化物。以氧化铁脱硫剂为例,它在常温下与H?S生成硫化铁(Fe?S?),再生时通入空气氧化为硫单质和氧化铁,可循环使用。干法脱硫的特点是设备制造简单、操作简便、净化度高。脱硫剂可再生,但价值很低,达到饱和硫容后就须更换。因此,干法脱硫一般适合沼气量小、硫化氢浓度低的场景。
The first trick: dry desulfurization - a simple and rough "physical interception". Dry desulfurization converts gaseous sulfides into solid sulfides through solid desulfurizers. Taking iron oxide desulfurizer as an example, it forms iron sulfide (Fe? S?) with H? S at room temperature. During regeneration, air is introduced to oxidize it into elemental sulfur and iron oxide, which can be recycled. The characteristics of dry desulfurization are simple equipment manufacturing, easy operation, and high purification degree. The desulfurizer is renewable, but its value is very low, and it needs to be replaced after reaching the saturation sulfur capacity. Therefore, dry desulfurization is generally suitable for scenarios with low biogas production and low hydrogen sulfide concentration.
第二招:湿法脱硫——化学药剂的“循环绞杀” 。湿法脱硫采用碱液(NaOH或Na?CO?)与沼气逆流接触脱除硫化氢,在再生槽内通过特定的催化剂,将碱液吸收后的硫化氢催化生成单质硫。湿法脱硫可以归纳为物理吸收法、化学吸收法和氧化法三种,成熟的氧化脱硫法脱硫效率可达99.5%以上。湿法脱硫大大减轻了干法脱硫的劳动强度,适用于大型沼气工程、处理气量大、硫化氢浓度高的项目。但设备复杂,需配备吸收塔、再生塔及循环系统,初始投资较高。
Second move: Wet desulfurization - the "cyclic killing" of chemical agents. Wet desulfurization uses alkaline solution (NaOH or Na-CO)? )Contact with biogas in reverse flow to remove hydrogen sulfide, and use a specific catalyst in the regeneration tank to catalyze the hydrogen sulfide absorbed by the alkaline solution into elemental sulfur. Wet desulfurization can be classified into three methods: physical absorption, chemical absorption, and oxidation. The mature oxidation desulfurization method has a desulfurization efficiency of over 99.5%. Wet desulfurization greatly reduces the labor intensity of dry desulfurization and is suitable for large-scale biogas projects, projects with large gas processing capacity, and high hydrogen sulfide concentration. But the equipment is complex and requires absorption towers, regeneration towers, and circulation systems, with a relatively high initial investment.
第三招:生物脱硫——微生物的“温柔消化” 。生物脱硫是20世纪90年代发展起来的新技术。它利用脱硫微生物催化沼气中的硫化氢,在控制氧气浓度的条件下将其转化为硫酸或单质硫。生物脱硫具有低运行成本、环境友好的特点。国外已有壳牌-帕克工艺和奥地利英环生物滤池脱硫工艺等成熟技术。
The third trick: Biological desulfurization - the "gentle digestion" of microorganisms. Biological desulfurization is a new technology developed in the 1990s. It utilizes desulfurization microorganisms to catalyze hydrogen sulfide in biogas, converting it into sulfuric acid or elemental sulfur under controlled oxygen concentration conditions. Biological desulfurization has the characteristics of low operating costs and environmental friendliness. Mature technologies such as the Shell Parker process and the Austrian Ingelheim biofilter desulfurization process already exist abroad.
如何选择这三招?关键在于“对症下药”。如果沼气流量小、硫化氢浓度低,干法脱硫是不错的选择;如果流量大、浓度高,湿法脱硫和生物脱硫更合适。干法前期投资小但运行成本高;湿法和生物法前期建设成本高但运行成本低。三招“降硫伏虎”,各有所长,各得其所。
How to choose these three moves? The key is to prescribe the right medicine. If the biogas flow rate is low and the hydrogen sulfide concentration is low, dry desulfurization is a good choice; If the flow rate is high and the concentration is high, wet desulfurization and biological desulfurization are more suitable. Dry process has small initial investment but high operating costs; Wet and biological methods have high initial construction costs but low operating costs. The three moves of "reducing sulfur and suppressing tigers" each have their own strengths and benefits.
